Hoss was found by a Good Samaritan, with an old rope tied around his neck. This senior boy was scared and unsure, but took shelter while his kind hearted caretaker put up found flyers and had him checked for a microchip-his former family was never found. Now he lives a great life with a feline friend and enjoys spending time indoors and out. He didn’t seem to like the plastic doghouse she had been able to provide, so she contacted us via our online form to see if Straw For Dogs could help. We were happy to meet this sweet, beloved boy and he instantly seemed to know the commotion was all for him. As soon as we stuffed the house with straw, Hoss climbed in to rearrange it to his liking.
